We are forming the founding-stage team at Omnibuild. These are not ordinary roles. They are foundational positions in building an AI-native company and supporting an AI-enabled operating model.

Chief Human Resources Officer

You are not managing a traditional hierarchy. You are architecting a Human-AI hybrid organisation — one in which a lean founding team operates with the output and leverage of a significantly larger firm by integrating AI agents into every workflow, every decision, and every process. Your role is to build the organisational infrastructure that makes this possible.

Design and implement AI-augmented recruitment processes — from sourcing and screening to cultural assessment — using large language models and agentic frameworks.

Build internal knowledge systems and training infrastructure that dramatically reduce the time required for new team members to reach full operational competence.

Define roles not by manual task lists, but by Human+AI output — establishing KPIs that reward leverage, automation, and intelligent tool use.

Develop the organisational culture and operating norms of an AI-native company from the founding stage.

Oversee people operations, compliance, and team development as the company scales from founding team to broader organisation.

AI-Driven Talent Acquisition

Proven ability to architect automated recruitment workflows using LLMs and agentic frameworks for sourcing, screening, and cultural alignment.

Augmented Training & Development

Skilled in leveraging retrieval-augmented generation to build internal knowledge bases that accelerate competence in complex regulatory environments.

Agentic Job Design

Ability to define roles by Human+AI output, designing performance frameworks that reward AI leverage and operational automation.

Hands-on experience with AI-native HR systems or building custom internal automation workflows.

A strategic perspective on the future of work, organisational design, and the ethics of AI integration.

Experience operating in early-stage or high-growth environments where structure must be built from first principles.

Genuine interest in the construction industry and the challenge of building a technology company within it.

Administrative Secretary

You are the operational intelligence hub of Omnibuild. Beyond traditional administration, you will play a critical role in the early-stage development of the company — managing executive coordination, brand operations, and document intelligence through a fleet of AI agents. You are not a support function. You are a force multiplier.

Manage executive scheduling, communications, and coordination with precision and discretion, leveraging AI agents to automate routine processes.

Oversee brand operations — including content generation, correspondence, and external communications — ensuring consistency and quality across all outputs.

Develop and maintain document intelligence systems that enable rapid retrieval, synthesis, and application of organisational knowledge.

Identify, implement, and continuously improve AI tools and automation workflows that eliminate manual friction across the organisation.

Support the early-stage development of Omnibuild OS by contributing to data organisation, tagging, and structured filing that will inform the platform's knowledge architecture.

Advanced Prompt Engineering

Mastery of directing AI systems to produce high-fidelity document summaries, complex meeting synthesis, and multi-stakeholder correspondence.

Operations Automation

Proficiency in tools such as Claude Code or equivalent to automate recurring operational tasks — content generation, CRM entries, and data visualisation.

Workflow Integration

Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or custom API flows) to connect fragmented administrative tasks into self-running processes.

Foundational understanding of data tagging and structured filing, with an interest in contributing to the development of a construction knowledge ontology.

A tool-first mentality — a constant orientation toward finding and implementing new AI utilities to reduce manual effort.

Exceptional organisational capability and attention to detail, combined with the judgment to operate with significant autonomy.

Comfort operating in an early-stage environment where processes are being built, not inherited.
